How big are the votives? A standard votive is approximately 2” tall, 1 ¼” diameter on the bottom and 2” diameter on top. These chunk votives are slightly larger than a standard votive because the chunks stick up out of the top of the votive.
Why do your votives have chunks? We feel that the chunks make the votives very unique. They give each votive character. Every single one will be different from the rest and they will always be brightly colored for the appropriate season. Will you ship the candles as a gift? Absolutely. Our candle club is used most often for a gift. They make a fabulous birthday gift, anniversary gift
or Holiday gift. Can I have a gift message included in my first shipment? We are very flexible here at VotiveClub. We would be happy to include a customized gift message in your first shipment. Just include the message in the Gift Message area during checkout.
Can I have the first shipment gift wrapped for the holidays? We would be happy to gift wrap your first shipment for free with holiday wrapping paper if you'd like. Please just include instructions during checkout and make sure you include a gift message so we can address the gift appropriately.
What kind of wicks do you use? All of our votives always use paper core, or cotton cored wicks. With every votive being lead-free, there is no soot emission into your home.
How long will the candles burn? If burned properly these chunk votives will burn for 15-17 hours. Please see our burning tips to make your candles last as long as possible.
What color and scent will be shipped each month? Each month the votives are a different scent. The scent will be appropriate to the season and the colors will match according to the scent. So, you can expect Harvest candles in the fall and Plumeria candles in the Spring.
Can I print a gift message to deliver to my recipient? Yes, please put a note in during the checkout process or email us requesting a customized Gift Message. We will create a Welcome to the Club card with your gift message and email it to you to print and give to your recipient.
Or you can print a general gift message for the Pillar Votive Club or the Votive Club. When will the first shipment arrive? Since we ship out the monthly shipments at the beginning of each month, we typically ship orders received before the 15th right away. After that we wait until the next month. However, if you would like your first shipment sent immediately, we can certainly do this upon request.
